Every Sunday evening, Ozumo invites you to gather around the pot for a Shabu Shabu experience centered on exceptional ingredients and time spent together.

At the heart of the experience is our signature Wagyu platter, featuring American Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, and A-5 Kagoshima Japanese Wagyu. Rather than choosing a single cut, you'll enjoy all three side by side, exploring the distinct marbling, texture, and flavor of each as they're gently cooked in our house-made kombu dashi.

Served with a seasonal vegetable platter, house goma sauce, and fresh oroshi ponzu, every course is designed to be shared at the table. Complete the experience with a curated selection of sake, wine, beer, or premium Japanese whisky, thoughtfully chosen to complement every bite.
